OUR RETURN POLICY
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For return shipping, the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon delivery. If a return is approved you will be reimbursed for the cost of jewelry purchased, minus applicable shipping fees. Please note that the shipping fee associated with your order is non-refundable once your order has been fulfilled.
With any questions regarding our return process, feel free to contact us at email@example.com. We reply to all customer inquiries within 24 hours of receiving them. If you simply chargeback to your bank without contacting us, we will not be able to provide a refund as we now need to prove that the delivery of products was made to you.
